Diet is the driving force behind achieving and maintaining a healthy weight.
This is why Forever Fit patients receive weekly visits with our dietitian. At the initial visit, the dietitian will develop an individualized dietary plan filled with delicious, healthy foods that the patient enjoys.
Following the initial visit, every week the dietitian will review the patient’s food diary (recorded in their Forever Fit portfolio) for the previous seven days and make suggestions for the following week.
Forever Fit does not recommend or endorse any extreme diets, such as reducing calories to 1000 per day. Instead, our diet plans are designed to facilitate reasonably paced and steady weight loss, which is more likely to transform into successful long-term weight loss.
