We offer our various life sport exercise classes FREE. Each of these activities is designed to be enjoyable and maintainable for the long-term, as opposed to extreme exercise programs like P90X or Insanity. At Forever Fit, we want to help our patients lose weight and meet their health goals. Our new FREE Classes are available for anyone who is interested. Give us a call or register for your class below!
- Zumba – 7:00 PM, Tuesdays. This class is taught by Eva Vega.
- Yoga – 7:00 PM, Thursdays. This class is taught by Lisa Jones.
- Turbo Kick – 9:30 AM, Saturdays. This class is taught by our therapist Cindy Maccartney.
